I savoured this challenge… I wanted a small cake that represented a Mini for a true Mini fanatic, but not actually be the car itself. I thought the main round bit of the Mini logo was just perfect for a lil round cake, and I was thinking of having the wing bits (so technical) stick out the sides but this was just easier to handle. A cake can be a representation of a logo rather than 100% realistic (I love this job!).I love creating cakes that are specially designed for the recipient that depicts their passion or something dear to them… can’t get much more personal than that!
