The inspiration for this blog was the inspiration for this cake. Shared interest in pretty cakes, shared interest in polishing off delicious desserts!Admittedly, I’d also been looking for a good excuse to do a mini mad hatter cake myself. To me, mad hatter cakes are the ultimate - three delicious layers, complementing colours, it's got the sweet, the swirly and the stripey - everything you'd want in a cake, it's just so complete!
This cake was so much fun to do, I couldn't have had more fun than if I'd been eating it at the same time!
