I attended my first cake course today and it was all about what I've always wanted to learn - flowers! These don't look like much right now but next week they'll be a colourful blossoming bunch. Can't wait...!Two thumbs up to Cake Decorating Central at Castle Hill. Their class was so much fun, so relaxed and the 6 hours just flew by.
